Fixed bug where [x] delete buttons would make [Refresh] buttons search for the wrong properties.
Searches and Filters are inserted at the top of their tables instead of the bottom.
Previously Searched Properties and Available Filters text moved to above the main search table.
Enlarged font size of dropdown options in filters.
Fixed bug where view button would not show pdfs on first click.
Added a list of filters in the about page.
Fixed some bugs in filter search and improved server load and response speeds.
